I offer an Integrative massage style which is a combination of strong and gentle massage techniques designed for each individual client. Integrative Massage uses a variety of techniques including Myofascial release, Trigger point Therapy, Deep tissue massage, Sports Massage, Shiatsu and Energy work. You can experience for yourself how the body is mobilized through soft touch and powerful kneading, which brings your body into a deep and relaxed state, your mind will come to rest. Integrative Massage also helps with flexibility of the body and fascial work is done to reduce the restrictions in the fascial layers, therefore having a positive effect on releasing tension and removing pain from the body.
As well as Integrative massage I also offer the following classical treatments. Swedish massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Reflexology and Pregnancy massage and well I am a fully trained Doula so I can offer birth assistance as well.
